How long are the gift vouchers valid for?

They are valid for a full 12 months from the date of issue. Vouchers can be extended but a fee may be applicable. Contact us for details.

Do I need a driving licence?

Yes - a full UK driving licence with no serious offences is required. You must be able to drive a manual transmission. If you are driving at Silverstone you will need to have held your license for 3 years or more.

What happens if I damage a vehicle?

Whilst you are covered for accidental damage, you will not be covered for damage caused as a result of reckless and/or negligent driving. Participants will be asked to sign an insurance disclaimer to this effect upon arrival.

What happens if there is bad weather?

The weather should not affect any of the driving days except in extreme weather conditions (e.g. snow, fog or ice). The day may have to be cancelled for your own safety. You will be given as much notice as possible and will be offered another date.

Can my friends and family come along to watch?

Yes, spectators are welcome at the majority of our venues except some of the off-road driving and rally locations. There is a strict 'No Pets Allowed' rule at all of our venues. There are some on-site catering facilities at our venues, or if you prefer, you are welcome to bring your own refreshments.

Are there any restrictions?

Drivers shorter than 5'0" or taller than 6'6" and/or weighing more than 17 stone may have difficulty being accommodated. At Silverstone race circuit you must be between 5ft 2ins and 6ft 2ins in height with a maximum weight limit of 16st and need to be aged 21 or over.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing with thin-soled, flexible shoes for driving. All safety equipment is provided. Wearing the wrong foot wear could prevent you from driving on the day.

When can I redeem my voucher?

Our driving experiences operate on selected weekdays and weekends all year round subject to availability. Contact us for details.

What if I change my mind?

You are protected by our price promise which says you can change your gift at any time within 12 months of purchase - any price difference will be refunded/surcharged as appropriate. If you cancel within 14 days you will be refunded in full. Any changes/cancellations after 14 days will attract a small £20 administration fee
