Descriptions and Photography
Whilst the descriptions and photography used on this site are designed to give an accurate impression of the driving days on offer some variations should be expected. Timings, schedules, running order and exact facilities are all subject to a degree of change according to the time of year and the different suppliers that we use. We therefore advise that if a particular element of an experience is especially important to you, you should call our Customer Care team for further details.
Restrictions
With the exception of Silverstone drivers must be between 5ft 0 and 6ft 6 and weigh less than 17 stone with a full UK driving license and the ability to drive a manual transmission. Driving days at Silverstone have the following more stringent conditions: Drivers must be between 5ft 2 and 6ft 2 with a maximum weight limit of 16st. All drivers need to be aged 21 or over and have held a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years, which must be presented on the day. You must be able to drive a manual transmission.
Delivery
If we receive your booking before 3pm we will endeavour to despatch your voucher by first class post on the same day. Should you require courier delivery please call our Customer Care team. For all delivery methods we are unable to accept any liability for late or non-delivery but should you require a replacement voucher we will be pleased to provide it on request.
Voucher Duration
All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Our gift vouchers can also be extended once only for up to six additional months as long as you notify us before the expiry of the voucher and pay the cost of any price increase.
Voucher Exchange Price Promise
Should the recipient of your gift not be delighted they are welcome to exchange their voucher against any other driving day on this site. If the chosen experience is of a higher value they will be asked to pay the difference; if it is of a lower value you will be refunded less a £20 administration fee
Voucher Refund
Dated vouchers are completely non-refundable so please ensure the date is acceptable to you or your recipient at the time of booking. Undated vouchers are refundable within 28 days of purchase subject to an administration fee of £20 or 10% (which ever is the greater). After this time all vouchers are completely non-refundable. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card; please allow 5-10 working days for the payment to be received. All bookings may be transferred to another person at any time during the 12 month validity period.
Voucher Redemption
Voucher redemption instructions will be supplied in your gift voucher pack but are also available from our customer services team. Please note that most of our suppliers get extremely busy particularly during the summer months and we therefore strongly recommend that you book your driving day at least 4 weeks in advance (more if possible) to avoid disappointment.
Cancellation
If you cancel the driving day once you have reserved a date you may be liable to pay the suppliers cancellation charges or even lose the experience altogether. If we or the supplier cancel your experience at late notice due to circumstances beyond our control then we/the supplier will make every effort for you to receive your driving day on an alternative date.
Weather
You should note that many driving days on this site are weather-dependent and we will advise you if/who you need to call to check the weather conditions for your experience. We cannot be held liable for any travel, accommodation or other incidental costs incurred due to cancellation of your driving day by adverse weather or other factors.
Problems on the day
Whilst every effort is made to select capable suppliers if you are unhappy with your experience on the day please bring it to their attention so they have the opportunity to rectify the situation. Receiving complaints after the event where nothing was said on the day will make it extremely difficult for us to bring about any satisfactory conclusion on your behalf.
Insurance
All suppliers we use have their own insurance in respect of legal liability to others. However unless they have a liability to you this will not cover you for your own personal injury or for your liability to third parties. You are therefore strongly recommended to take out your own insurance cover for personal accident and public liability benefits to whatever level you consider appropriate. If you are in any doubt about your requirements you should seek independent advice.

Important Notice
Skyline Promotions Ltd work with only those suppliers who have held themselves out to be reputable and capable of providing their relevant driving days but since we are unable to continually inspect the facilities, equipment and staff of each supplier we are unable to make any representation or warranty of any kind as the to the suitability, capability or operation of any of them. Accordingly Skyline Promotions Ltd cannot be held liable for any damage, loss or injury of any kind whatsoever save where it is caused solely by our negligence. Please note that all activities are supplied subject to your acceptance of these terms and conditions and those of the supplier - a copy of the latter is available on request.
